Stephen Murray - General Manager -

SMStephen is responsible for the recruitment of students in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Stephen graduated from Lambuth University in 2005 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Sports Management. Stephen played collegiate soccer in Tennessee from 2001 to 2005, where he was a four-time All-Conference selection and received National Team of the Week honours for the Eagles. In 2002 & 2004 Stephen also received All-American Team accolades.

Following university, Murray also played professionally in the USA with the USL Division 1 side Wilmington Hammerheads and also with the Memphis Express and Nashville Metros PDL Team where he was on the All Southern Conference Team of the Year. In the 2008-2009 season, Stephen played and coached in the Croatian League with NK Junak Sinj.

Between 2006 and 2008 Stephen held numerous coaching roles and worked alongside some very experienced coaches. Stephen was on the coaching staff for the Chicago Blast Soccer Club. Stephen has also acted as a consultant for Soccer Made in America operating over 50 camps during the Summer months. Another role Stephen succeeded at was as the Assistant Coach for Triton College based in Illinois. Stephen helped lead the team to the National Tournament.

Sean Geoghegan - Regional Scout -

SeanSean grew up in Naas Co.Kildare where he played schoolboy for Naas AFC before he left to play for Kildare County. In 2009 he was part of the FAI/FAS (now ETB) course where he trained full time and did lower level gym and FETAC qualifications.

In 2010 he accepted a scholarship through PASS4Soccer to William Woods University (NAIA) in Missouri. After two years in Missouri he transferred to Queens College (NCAA DII) in New York. Sean graduated in 2014 with a Degree in Economics. After graduation he took a role with Manhattan College (NCAA DI) as an Assistant Coach alongside coaching academy and club teams in Long Island, New York. 

In 2015 he took the role of Graduate Assistant at Kansas Wesleyan University (NAIA) working with both the Men’s and Women’s Soccer teams. In May 2017 Sean graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration from Kansas Wesleyan University. 

In July 2017 he began working for a club/academy in Boston Massachusetts before coming home to Ireland in May 2018. Sean now works at Waterford Institute of Technology as a Sports Development Officer and College Soccer 1st team coach alongside his PASS4Soccer commitments. Sean holds coaching qualifications from UEFA, NSCAA and US Soccer. 


Daniel Gray -


Daniel is a Director of Pass4 Scholarships Ireland and oversees all placement and after-placement care of students who join the Pass4Soccer Network Program in the UK and Ireland.

Following graduation Daniel returned to the UK to pursue business interests. Daniel was educated at Ottawa University in Kansas studying a BA (Hons) in Physical Education while pursuing a Soccer Scholarship organised through Pass4Soccer. Daniel graduated in 2006 with Summa Cum Laude honours completing his degree in three years instead of four.

While at Ottawa University Daniel was a 3 year starter on the soccer team where he won KCAC Freshman of the Year (2003) while leading the Conference in Goals (20) and Points (41). During 2003 Daniel was also nominated for NAIA National Player of the Week. Daniel was an All-Conference selection in 2003, 2004 and 2005 and an NAIA All-American Scholar-Athlete.

Between 2001 and 2003 Daniel played for Newcastle College Academy reaching the advanced stages of trials for the National Team.

Barry Poole -

BPBarry is a Director of Pass4 Scholarships Ireland. Barry has a long association with America through paternal family connections in Missouri and working in the Board of Trade/Department of Trade and Industry specialising in International Trade.

Upon leaving Government in 1980 Barry joined British Nuclear Fuels plc and then in 1985 left public service to set up businesses in sports publishing, marketing and project management.

As a parent of former PFA Scholar Philip, who chose to study and play as a recipient of a US university soccer scholarship, US coaches were increasingly contacting Barry about talented prospective student athletes. Barry was determined to ensure they and their parents were provided access to best advice, correct business practice and working closely with the appropriate interests both in the UK and USA.

Since 2003 Barry has built Pass4Soccer into the most transparent and well respected Scholarship consultancy in the UK.
