“PASS4Soccer played a crucial role in getting me to where I am in my career now. Had it not been for them, helping me secure a scholarship in the States, I really don’t think I would have ever played professionally.”

Position: Defender
Team: El Paso Locomotive FC (USA)
University: St. Edward’s University, Texas

Andrew Fox is another one of our big success stories. His journey to the United States began back in 2010 when he attended one of our Assessment Days in Uxbridge.

After impressing at a soccer showcase event, in front of US Soccer Coaches, he had many universities approach him. In the end, the defender committed to St. Edward’s University of NCAA DII.

Fox established himself as one of the best defenders in Division II soccer. The defender was named an All-American in his senior year.

The centre-back was signed by Peterborough United after a successful trial. He was part of the Posh team that faced West Bromwich Albion in an FA Cup Replay in 2016.

He then went on to have spells with Kidderminster Harriers, Stevenage and then AFC Eskilstuna in Sweden.

Fox moved back to England after signing with Grimsby Town, but departed in January 2019 to go back to the US.

It wasn’t long before Fox was snapped up in the States as the defender was signed by newly-formed USL Championship side El Paso Locomotive FC.

Fox played a crucial role in the team getting to the Western Conference Final in the Playoffs in his first season with El Paso.
